My coaching style is influenced by multiple school of thought. I practice a mix of mindset, emotional and action line coaching. I first got certified by The Brazilian Society of Coaching, followed by The Life Coach School and lastly I had the priviledge to become a Certified Deep Dive Coach. I have extensive experience in general life coaching, stop overdrinking and overeating and mentored hundreds of coaches. 

Loves coffee and values mastery! I am in constant learning to better serve my clients. I believe that our human brains are unique and we can learn to manage the brain we have.
