During the decade I spent obtaining my Master's, PhD, and Postdoc in Tropical Diseases, I struggled with publishing papers, submitting book chapters, and even applying for a grant proposal that completely changed the course of my life.
Everything took twice as much time and effort for me as for my colleagues, and I didn’t know why.
In those moments, I wished someone had a recipe for helping me stop procrastinating, follow through, and focus on doing what mattered faster and under less pressure.
This experience defines my purpose as a coach.
I have coached over 1,000 hours in various life and business subjects. As part of that, I have helped them stop procrastinating and get their meaningful work done.

I am an Advanced Deep Dive Certified Coach by The Life Coach School, trained in Executive Functions Skills for Daily Life with Pesi and currently (2025) getting my ICF (International Coaching Federation) ADHD Productivity Certification.
My coaching approach is calm and resonant, with a tad of humor, creating space for deep self-awareness and lasting change.
Mindset and Internal Family Systems (IFS)* informed coaching: Instead of forcing things, we cultivate self-leadership, making progress feel natural and aligned, not forced or pressured.
